Monday Morning from Mexico

Our Monday devotional in case you want to join us.

It’s Monday morning in Ensenada, Mexico, and now the real work begins. Today, we’ll divide into a house-building crew, a food delivery crew, a teen girl dorm kitchen renovation crew, a puppet and craft crew, a snack-making crew, a teen devotion crew, skit crew, Americano kitchen crew, set up and clean up crew. We’ll take part in these crews for through Wednesday, moving around to experience different aspects of service and of the country and culture in which we serve. Every moment is filled with the anticipation of seeing Jesus...in child, in someone serving next to us, in a staff member of The City...perhaps in ourself. He could turn up anywhere. Lord knows.

Please continue to support the work here in prayer and stay tuned to see what’s up today. There will be multiple posts to keep you up to date. Who knows...you might spy Jesus, too. Let us know if you do.

This will wake you up in a hurry.

A great reason to get up every morning...(not hotdogs) to put a smile on someone’s face.

Our daily fruit sculptors continue to fill the niche Bob Webb carved out for himself years ago....
